			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well I&#8217;ve completed my first 11 days and although I didn&#8217;t lose 9Lbs, I got close, 8Lbs. Feeling great and I&#8217;m on my 3 days break before I do another 11 days, hopefully with that I should reach my target. This is the first time that I&#8217;ve had no problem sticking to the diet. I didn&#8217;t feel hungry as I have been eating 4 meals a day. I found it very easy to stick to and not a protein bar/shake insight. With the aid of no supplements it was also probably the cheapest programme I&#8217;ve tried. You get to choose the foods that you eat from a list, well from two really. When you go online you can choose up to 15 foods per list. The programme will then work out the plan for you. The next time I start I will get a completely new plan, this means that every day is different and so you don&#8217;t get bored.</p>
<p>If you want to lose 9Lbs before August, give it a go.   </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have always had a slight battle with my weight, even though I do more exercise than most teaching a minimum of 15 classes per week. I have always known that cutting down on bread and pasta works for me but I really wanted to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. 4 1/2 years after having my second it is still a goal. I planned this summer to do it. It took me 7 weeks to lose 10Ibs. That includes running 4 times per week on top of my classes, eating a protein bar for breakfast, normal lunch and then a protein drink before my evening classes.</p>
<p>It seemd so unfair that I was having to go without, especially seeing Lee eat whatever he wants with no problems other than moaning he can&#8217;t gain weight. He doesn&#8217;t get much sympathy from me on that one I&#8217;m afraid.</p>

Lose 9Ibs in 11 days sounded great even though my professional side said don&#8217;t be rediculous.</p>
<p>I thought I&#8217;d give it a go, in any case it involved a lot more eating than I was currently doing. Four meals a day and it said you could even drink 1 glass of wine. There is never a good time to start a diet but I started it on Saturday, problem being come Saturday night 1 glass of wine didn&#8217;t seem quite enough and 1 turned it turned into two and then to three. Oh well, I continued yesterday and only had 1 1/2 glasses last night.</p>
<p>Third day in and I feel fine, I&#8217;m not hungry and because you have to eat completely different things day to day I am not yet bored. I know you should weigh yourself only once a week, I couldn&#8217;t help myself and this morning I was 4Ibs lighter than at the beginning. So I will continue and let you know how I do.</p>
