12 Week Challenge
There is nothing that will work in the long term for weight loss other than exercising more and eating less.
There is no wonder pill or machine that will do it for you.
At FITBODS we promote our 12 week challenge for those who wish to change the shape of their bodies.
STEP 1
Full Body Detox
Drink more water. (Yes you’ve heard it all before but are you doing it?) The normal recommendation is 1.5l of water per day. If you want to lose weight, then increase that to 2l per day plus a litre per hour you exercise. It is very important that you don’t drink more than 2 glasses of water in any one sitting, but continue to drink water throughout your day.
Detox your colon and liver
This is really what is going to melt the weight off. One of the signs of toxic build up is fat around your stomache, hips and/or thighs. It is also a sign that the liver is not functioning as it should.
The colon needs to be cleaned first because the liver dumps its toxins into the colon to be removed. If the colon is already clogged the toxins will just be reabsorbed by the liver which will then dump the excess toxins back into the stubborn fat.
Once the colon is clean, it’s time to detox the liver and gallbladder and eliminate Candida. This yeast is not a problem if it is under control by your immune system, but when your immune system gets low the yeast grows out of control, especially after a course of antibiotics.
Yeast LOVES sugar and needs it to survive so this may be the reason that you have sugar cravings. So by cleansing the colon and liver plus taking probiotics you will now be ready to start your eating plan and will also find it much easier to stick to.
STEP 2
Eat right - If you want to keep it simple eliminate all white foods. That means no bread, pasta, rice, sugar or salt. Eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, nuts, pulses and lean protein. Do not eat after 6pm.

STEP 3
Exercise, not hours of boring cardio but resistance training, (working with weights) You can easily do this at FITBODS in a Pump class or for best results book personal training either 2 or 3 x sessions per week.

12 Week Challenge Package
Everybody on the 12 week challenge will receive their handbook which will include educational, nutritional information, 12 week eating plan and food diary. All clients will be required to fill out all necessary information on a daily basis. they will have 1 weekly consultation with Karen for a weekly weigh in and ongoing monitoring.
